Items are usually shipped within 1-3 days after your order is confirmed.
The delivery date varies depending on the area, but it is usually delivered within 2 to 5 days after shipment.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
*There may be special holidays during the year-end and New Year holidays, the Obon period, and the Golden Week period.

■ About shipping companies and delivery methods

FUNKITA.JP ships by Japan Post.
Small size items are shipped by Yu-Packet, and if there are multiple items, items that exceed the size of the post can be shipped by Yu-Pack.

Exchange/Return

All ordered products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days after delivery.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please be sure to contact us to request a return or exchange.
If you do not contact us in advance, we may not be able to respond to exchanges or returns. Please note.
Please do not throw away the tags, bags, and other packages that come with the product when you return or exchange the product.

■ Exchange

We will accept exchanges within 7 days after arrival, such as exchanges for different sizes or colors.
Please note that in the case of exchange due to customer's convenience, the return shipping fee to our store will be borne by the customer (actual cost).
We will bear the re-shipping fee for the exchanged product only for the first exchange. Please note that for the second exchange, you may be responsible for the return shipping fee.

*If the size or color of the product you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund. After confirming the condition of the returned item, we will process the refund.

■ Returns

We will accept returns and refunds within 7 days after arrival, such as exchanges for different sizes or colors.
Please note that in the case of exchange due to customer's convenience, the return shipping fee to our store will be borne by the customer (actual cost).
After the returned product arrives at our company, we will inspect it and if there is no problem, we will proceed with the refund procedure.
Normally, the refund will be made within one week after the product arrives at our company.
